I use a simple agreement between
myself and my client to avoid misunderstandings. This is necessary to avoid problems
with copyright, who supplies what and payment.
The agreement is just that... an
agreement between us. It spells out what the project goal is and
conditions to fulfill that goal. |
|
|
|
Also, when signing an agreement, both parties have time to express
any concerns or desires regarding the project.
When both parties agree upon a common goal, working together is
much easier and much more enjoyable.
